Modular Panel System Passes ASTA Test With Flying Colours

The need for a quick and easily constructed panel has been met by the design and manufacture of a modular steelwork. This utilises pre formed components that can be fitted together to create a Control Panel to meet customer specifications and requirements. The use of a standard parts kit will mean the panel can be constructed with off the shelf components for speed and ease of manufacture. Obviously the design of a new steelwork and busbar system has required us to send the panel for extensive ASTA testing, the results are set out below. The modular panel will be available later this year.

The image above was taken at the Falcon test laboratory and shows the rear of the panel before one of the many tests performed.

This image shows the front of the test panel. Just visible to the left of the picture is the test laboratories busbar supply system to which the panel is connected.
