The MPS is constructed from press formed 2mm lead free galvanised sheet steel giving excellent corrosion resistance. The structure consists of vertical and horizontal profiles joined together with a Max Wright Limited designed three way corner jointing system. This pulls the profiles into square and then clamps them into position, giving the completed framework unrivalled strength and rigidity.
Each Corner Join Block has the facility for the inclusion of a 12mm-threaded lifting eyebolt as standard.
The panel design also incorporates innovative and unique Connecting Blocks designed by Max Wright Limited. The Connecting Block can be connected anywhere on the framework at 25mm intervals and is used to attach horizontal and vertical profiles and shelves. The Connecting Block also seals the profiles and shelves to the framework giving the customer a choice of protection ranging from IP31 to IP54.
Section doors are manufactured from 2mm-sheet steel and are secured by either a lockable tee handle or a barrel lock as stipulated by the customer. The concealed hinge designed by Max Wright Limited can be fitted to the panel frmaework at 25mm increments and also incorporates a built-in door restraint as standard, stopping the door opening past 110 degrees. Meoprene gasket seals the door to an IP54 rating.
The Modular Panel System construction allows for front and rear access with top or bottom cable glanding facility. Note that front access cabling requires a vertical cableway.
